Book at Home Visit
To book an event with Permanent Rebirth Jewelry I will need to be contacted at least a week before and be given the following information.
Information Needed
How many people will be getting permanent jewelry?
Will everything be on one bill or will everyone be responsible for their own bill? Card only.
Where are you locates? When would you like the home visit?
Will there will a place for me to set up? Will you provide table and chairs? Access to electricity is a must have.
Deposit
A $20 non-refundable fee will be charged for travel if you located in Bloomington- Normal, Illinois. An additional $1 will be charged per mile if you are outside of my town. $30 non- refundable deposit is required per person. The deposit will be taken off the final bill.
Once event is scheduled, deposit has to be paid within 48 hours. If it is not paid in time without contact, I will cancel the event.
